Dr. John M. Conti was born in Connecticut and spent most of his childhood in rural Vermont, where his family operated a wholesale pottery business out of a farmhouse. Growing up, he became passionate about science and art and discovered that dentistry would be a unique way to blend his love of both.
He attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry and upon his graduation in 1990, he completed a General Practice Residency with the United State Air Force at Erhling Bergquist Hospital, Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha Nebraska.
He spent the next two years in practice while stationed at Loring Air Force Base in Limestone, Maine, before making his way back to Florida, where opened up his own practice and has been performing general and cosmetic dental procedures in St. Petersburg for over 20 years.
With the goal of providing his patients with the most technologically-advanced dental treatments, Dr. Conti sought further education at the University of Florida, graduating from the Implant Educators Dental Implant Residency program in 2012.
An avid fisherman, Dr. Conti enjoys kayaking, skiing, hiking, football, baseball, and traveling. His goal is to provide patients with "natural, healthy cosmetic dental care."
